Cassie Manser is a senior People, Risk and Industrial Relations practitioner with expertise spanning employment law, industrial relations, workplace health and safety, complex case management, litigation support and mediation. Combining scientific, commercial and legal knowledge with practical leadership experience, she delivers strategic advice that helps organisations confidently navigate complex workplace challenges.

With executive leadership experience across construction, manufacturing, telecommunications, health, government and the not-for-profit sector, Cassie partners with business owners, executive teams and Boards to deliver commercially focused solutions. She is recognised for her expertise in industrial relations, governance, workplace investigations, compliance, organisational transformation and high-risk employment matters.

As an accredited mediator and appointed member of the South Australian Small Business Commission Mediation Panel, Cassie facilitates the resolution of workplace and commercial disputes involving diverse stakeholder groups. Quintin is a passionate work health safety specialist with over 20 years’ experience supporting organisations across all industries to build safe, compliant, and high-performing workplaces. Quintin’s business partnering approach is to bring deep expertise in the practical implementation of work health and safety frameworks that aren’t just focused on compliance, but committed to genuine continuous improvement and embedding a proactive safety culture.

Recognised for strong legislative knowledge and the ability to translate complex WHS, workers compensation, and risk management requirements into clear, practical strategies that strengthen organisational capability. Quintin brings a highly adaptive style that instils confidence, engages stakeholders at all levels, and conveys safety messages in a relatable, constructive, and actionable way.

Tara Jeyakodi is an experienced Program Lead with more than a decade of expertise delivering complex projects, organisational capability programs and strategic initiatives across Australia and internationally. With a strong background in project management, consultancy and learning and development, Tara is passionate about turning strategy into well-executed programs that deliver meaningful outcomes for clients.

Working closely with our Business Partners, Tara leads the planning, coordination and delivery of client programs, ensuring every project is delivered with structure, efficiency and a focus on quality. She is highly skilled in stakeholder engagement, program governance, training coordination and continuous improvement, bringing a calm, organised and solutions-focused approach to every engagement.

Known for her collaborative leadership style and exceptional attention to detail, Tara excels at building trusted relationships with clients, facilitators and project teams. She is committed to creating positive client experiences while ensuring programs are delivered on time, within scope and aligned with organisational objectives.
