Quintin’s business partnering approach is to bring deep expertise in the practical implementation of work health and safety frameworks that aren’t just focused on compliance, but committed to genuine continuous improvement and embedding a proactive safety culture.

Working closely with our Business Partners, Tara leads the planning, coordination and delivery of client programs, ensuring every project is delivered with structure, efficiency and a focus on quality. She is highly skilled in stakeholder engagement, program governance, training coordination and continuous improvement, bringing a calm, organised and solutions-focused approach to every engagement.
